Account

Go to the Register page and fill in your full name, mobile number, and email address. You'll then set a password and go through OTP verification. Once your identity is confirmed via KYC — which involves uploading a valid government-issued ID — your account will be fully activated.

You must be at least 21 years old to register and use UG7779. This is a strict requirement verified during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to min ors will be permanently closed.

No. Each person is only allowed one UG7779 account. Duplicate accounts are not permitted and may result in the suspension of all linked accounts. If you've lost access to your account, contact our support team to recover it rather than creating a new one.

Some details — like your display name or contact number — can be updated directly from your account settings after logging in. Changes to core identity information require verification. Contact our support team and they'll guide you through the process to ensure your account stays secure.
Deposits & Withdrawals

UG7779 accepts deposits through local Philippine bank transfers and popular e-wallets such as GCash and Maya. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Credit cards and cryptocurrency are not accepted as deposit methods on this platform.

Most deposits via e-wallets are reflected quickly after the transaction is confirmed. Bank transfers may take a bit longer depending on your bank's processing time. If your deposit hasn't appeared after a reasonable wait, reach out to our support team with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed back to your registered Philippine bank account or e-wallet. Your account must be fully verified (KYC complete) before a withdrawal can be processed. You can initiate a withdrawal request from your account dashboard once you're logged in.

Minimum deposit amounts may vary depending on the payment channel used. Check the Deposit page for the current details on each available method, or contact our support team if you have a specific question about limits.
Games & Betting

The VIP programme rewards active players with points as they play. Accumulating points moves you up through tiers, with each level unlocking better perks. You can track your tier status, points balance, and available benefits directly from your account dashboard after logging in.

Once logged in, head to the Bet section. Browse available events, select the match or outcome you want to back, enter your stake in PHP, and confirm. Live odds update in real time during in-play events. Your bet history and active bets are always accessible from your account.

eBingo is an online version of the traditional bingo game, popular with Filipino players. You purchase digital bingo cards and play alongside other members in scheduled game rooms. Access eBingo through the Bingo section after logging in to your account.
